Follow our story

  • Absolutely not! We’re here to both assist and guide you.

    While no experience is required, we do ask if it’s your first time here, to arrive 5 minutes early, that way your coach can assist with hand wrapping, and answer any questions or concerns that you might have.

  • Hand wraps and gloves are required.

    Wear comfortable clothing. We advise wearing sneakers to ensure your feet, knees and ankles are properly protected and supported. And in the event of rain or snow we encourage you to bring a change of shoes!

    Bring water (we also have bottled water available for purchase), a towel and/or anything else you might need for a workout!

  • Yes! We have gloves available to rent for $5 per class. Wraps are not rentable. We require wraps for the class so either bring your own, or purchase some from our store for $10.

  • Bua Boxing is located at 2309 Steinway Street, Astoria NY 11105 - between 23rd Ave and 23rd Rd.
